Skrill Offered 1.5% Back on Casino Payments? Check the Personal Target and Excluded Merchants Before Sending Money

Check your Premier invitation, eligible payments, merchant exclusions and total costs before treating Skrill’s payment reward as a reason to deposit.

Skrill’s invitation-only Premier promotion offers 1.5% back on eligible payments above your personal target, capped at €200. It does not pay 1.5% on every casino deposit. Checked on 4 October 2026, the published promotion period runs from 11 September 2026 at 00:01 GMT to 7 October 2026 at 23:59 GMT, subject to changes under the official promotion terms.

Before sending money, read your invitation and the current excluded-merchant list, then check the casino’s licence, cashier and withdrawal terms. A payment reward does not protect against gambling losses. Keep your existing budget and limits; avoid additional deposits simply to reach the target. 18+ only.

Check your invitation and understand the personal target

Find the invitation sent to the primary email address registered with your Skrill account. Participation requires Premier status when that invitation was sent, an active account and completed identity verification, alongside the remaining eligibility conditions. Read the full terms rather than relying on a promotional headline. If the invitation or target is unclear, open Skrill directly and ask support before making a payment. Keep a dated copy of the invitation and terms. Skrill promotion terms.

The calculation applies only to the eligible amount above your target. Skrill’s euro example uses €2,000 of eligible payments against a €1,000 target: the reward is €15, calculated on the €1,000 difference. Reaching the target exactly leaves no excess to reward. The maximum reward is €200 across the promotion. These euro figures do not establish a sterling target or cap for your account; use your invitation and ask Skrill about any unclear currency treatment. Reward calculation.

Check the merchant before counting a casino payment

The qualifying payment route is a successful transfer from your Skrill wallet to an eligible merchant during the promotion period. Wallet funding, withdrawals, Skrill prepaid-card payments, person-to-person transfers and linked-account transfers do not qualify. Transactions subsequently refunded, reversed, cancelled or charged back, including partly, are excluded. Artificial transaction volume is also prohibited. A wallet balance increase therefore does not demonstrate progress towards your target. Eligible transaction rules.

Schedule 1 excludes merchants including Bet365, Matchbook, L&L Europe Limited, MT SecureTrade Limited, Quinnbet and 888. These are examples, not the full list, and Skrill can update it. Check the current schedule against both the casino brand and the company receiving the payment. If the cashier or receipt uses an unfamiliar company name, ask Skrill to clarify eligibility before sending money. Skrill acceptance alone does not establish that the payment counts. Our e-wallet casino payments guide explains the wider deposit and withdrawal checks. Current merchant exclusions.

Compare the costs and the casino’s own conditions

Open Skrill’s fees page and select United Kingdom and your account currency. Check the applicable cost of funding the wallet, withdrawing money and converting currencies, then review the actual transaction quote before confirming. Do not use the generic page’s displayed figures as a verified UK price table. Compare the whole payment journey with the reward you might receive: charges can reduce or outweigh it. The iGaming Centre payment-provider directory provides further provider information; confirm account-specific prices with the provider.

Read the chosen casino’s cashier, bonus and withdrawal conditions separately. Check deposit and withdrawal limits, supported payout methods, processing times and any verification requirements. A casino accepting Skrill does not establish eligibility for its welcome bonus or other offers. If you intend to claim a bonus, confirm the payment-method conditions before depositing. Skrill identity verification also does not answer what documents the casino may request; use our casino KYC documents guide to prepare.

Check the licence and the source of your funds

For play in Great Britain, follow the casino’s licence link to the Gambling Commission’s public register and check the operator and permitted activities before depositing. A payment-provider logo does not establish the casino’s licensing status. Our UK casino licence check guide walks through the checks, supported by the Commission’s licence guidance. This regulatory guidance concerns Great Britain; do not assume identical rules throughout the UK. This is general information, not legal advice.

An e-wallet cannot bypass the prohibition on credit-card-funded gambling. The Commission says gambling businesses cannot accept payments through an e-wallet provider that fails to block credit-card funds being used for gambling. Do not fund gambling through a credit card routed through Skrill. Check that your funding method is permitted before confirming a transfer. UKGC guidance on e-wallets.

Keep records and leave your spending limits in place

Save transaction receipts showing the merchant, amount, currency, completion date and status, alongside dated terms and your invitation. The reward is a wallet credit payable within 60 days after the promotion closes, although Skrill reserves the right to extend that period. Rewards are denominated in euros and converted into another account currency at Skrill’s standard exchange rate on the payment date. An account that is closed, suspended or restricted when payment is due can forfeit the reward. If a credit appears missing, contact Skrill through its support function with your records. Recheck the live terms whenever you rely on this offer, including after its stated 7 October 2026 closing date. Reward payment conditions.

Set a budget you can afford to lose and a session end time before gambling. Do not raise limits, move money between casinos or extend play to reach a payment target. If the offer pushes you beyond your planned spending, skip it. Our responsible gambling tools guide explains limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. If gambling is becoming harmful, stop and seek support: the Commission’s self-exclusion guidance explains operator arrangements and GAMSTOP ONLINE, which allows online self-exclusion through one request. 18+ only.
